Burlington Integrated Preschool Program ~ Fact Sheet
 
Goal

To provide a developmentally appropriate preschool program with an emphasis on enhancing language and motor skills of all participants in the integrated classroom environment.

About the Staff

A Massachusetts certified teacher with a degree in special education will lead the class.
A instructional assistant and teaching aide will also be in the classroom at all times. Speech Therapist, Occupational and Physical Therapists will consult and facilitate group activities in the classroom.

About the Students

Up to 49% of the total class may be special needs students. At least 51% of the class will be typically developing students, all of whom may by age three, four or five (if turning after August 31)
About the Cost

Tuition for the AM session is $2,250 a year or $225.00 a month. Tuition for the PM session is $1,530.00 a year or $153.00 a month. Tuition is to be paid on the first Tuesday of every month and checks are made out to the Burlington Early Childhood Program

About Transportation

Parents of typically developing students must provide transportation to and from the program

Days and Duration of the Program AM Session meets on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from8:30 to 11:30
The PM session meets Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12:30 to 2:30
The program follows the Burlington Public Schools school year calendar.
