Important dates:

  • 3/13-3/17 Book fair

Process has begun for principle search for Pine Glen.  There is a parent committee; Pam Moreira, Som Sakunala and Maria Woods.  There is a questionnaire to be posted on website and will also be available in the office, for parents to voice thoughts and questions.  The questionnaire will be presented to the committee.  The committee members emails and phone numbers will be included on the questionnaire.

PAC requested a $200 donation, this was voted on and agreed. 

Lowell Devils event had 57 Pine Glen attendees and plenty of positive feedback.  This is an event that will be offered again in the future.

Thank you Allison Theirrien and volunteers for an excellent DARE Graduation.

The Shaws Community Awards Program: we no longer need to send in receipts. We can now link our shaws card to the school via  the website. The program will donate 1% of all applicable items on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Nominations for PTO board positions are due 4/2 (next PTO meeting).  Applications can be found on the website and in the office.

Carnival 3/28 11am-3pm, volunteer form was sent out.  Still need volunteers, cakes and raffle items.  Raffle items and cakes need to be dropped of to the school by 3/27.

No teachers report this meeting.
