Elementary school years set the tone for developing the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary for children to become healthy, competent, and confident learners.  The elementary school counseling and guidance program is a part of the total school program and complements learning in the classroom. It is a child-centered, preventive, and comprehensive developmental program.
